      Employee investment on so many levels, opportunity to learn and develop within role and far beyond. support at all career or life stages. Encourage and try to lead by example with work life balance. Strong heritage and pipeline, clarity of strategy and focus. Huge focus on inclusivity and diversity - everyone can feel a part of something as they wish at MSD

      Cons

      Only to continue leading flexible and remote working options for employees who don’t live in London. Talent is UK wide and won’t always be based or willing to be based always in the capital

      Pros

      MSD is company with great people and culture, loads of overseas opportunities which will give you great exposure to different kind of organizations/divisions.

      Cons

      Increasing volume and complexity of workload without any additional resources to support current employees is definitely a challenge. The company offers a lot of programs that support personal development but its hard to find time to participate.
