1.They sent us for many trainings. 2. Can work from home, flexibility

Cons

1. Night, evening meetings, which arent very fruitful. as you are a mute spectator in many. 2. All work is done in US by US and Singapore team is usually doing documentation which is in no way related to our skills 3 . Even extremely self driven individuals will feel lost 4. Need to fight for even the smallest amount of quality work 5. Very likely to feel disengaged and demotivated 6. Benefits sucks, medical coverage is pretty bad 7. Pay is lesser compared to other companies

Flexibility overall with the scheduling, and a work-life balance. Very international workforce, as well as intelligent. The work environment is somewhat more relaxed than another IT company.

Cons

Very hard to make changes in a very corporate environment. Many dinosaurs in the company that don't like to 'innovate', or try to use useless things.
