The politics in STS are insane, you need to be friends with the right people in order to progress. People are promoted to management positions based on operational performance but with zero people skills. Upper management (ADs) have created a fear-induced culture where you’re supposed to keep your head down and do what you’re told without questioning it. If you speak up you’re immediately branded a trouble-maker. No recognition for good work but if you make one mistake it’s the end of the world. It’s a real pity cause I really enjoyed the work there and the relationships I built with our stakeholders. I would consider coming back but to the IT department

Terrible people management, incompetent and corrupt senior leadership, absolute lack of transparency, no talent development, high nepotism (company being filled with favourite colleagues of sr leaders past companies), HR main job is harassing good employees, image whitewashing, firing people without compensation, company basically shutting down in India and hundreds are being fired on flimsy grounds at the best.
