      Good place to learn if you are fresh grads to start your career. Focus on safety and quality.

      Cons

      Complicated process. Too many projects to do and turn out everything is on top priority. High workload with limited resources. Limited progression.

      Pros

      Decent work life balance and benefits package. A nice place to work in the short term but not one for settling into.

      Cons

      Continuous restructuring over a 10 year period , constant insecure feeling that you could loose your job. Four Managing Directors in that time all tasked with a major restructure activity and then all leaving UK to go to US head office.

      - This is a rich company - you can get a decent wage at the beginning and nice benefits, company events - Development (training) and carreer opportunities - Good colleagues, people to learn from - Possibilities to travel (pre-Covid, specific roles and projects)

      Cons

      - This is a rich company - there are many "transformation" activities with a questionable outcomes and benefits, with crowds of external consultants - No career development plan, no regular feedback sessions - Team manager not managing the team (specific case) - Many in fact junior colleagues (in Prague, not matter official role name they have), with missing personal maturity - (pre-Covid) Overfull of Prague office (however in a good location), with even management not respecting shared places ethiquette
