      many good benefits, good salary, very nice offices with many little perks,

      The professionalism, transparency and integrity of the HR function is lacking more and more, probably under the pressure of management. Career opportunities: not that much and if you want to be promoted, in many cases, you need to be or czech/local, or a women, or to know someone, which again is not a transparent and fair system by any means and discriminating the other employee population.
