      Pros

      Canteen, barista, and free gym on site

      Cons

      Toxic work culture, not a very supportive environment, high stress and frustration levels, endless trainings that don't really mean anything. There seems to be a huge divide between the two different sides of the site. Almost impossible to get some things done efficiently due to red tape. There are better, more developed pharmaceutical companies to work for.

      - Good office environment and location in central CBD - Supportive Colleague - Opportunity to work with many technology specially in Data and AI tools - Health allowance consider good: got free health checkup annually + support dependents - Learning opportunity is very berry good: got Linkedin learning, Pluralsight + AcloudGuru + Datacamp

      Cons

      - Work with Global Team, you will suffer if you work with US and EU stakeholder - Salary increment is low - Some period is like working with uncertainty condition with a wave of layoff happening
