      Good pay, good start if you want to work in gmp environment

      Cons

      Majority are mandarin speaking employees so they will tend to speak in mandarin a lot and not care about whether there is a non-mandarin speaking person. It was hard for me as a minority as they often spoke about work-related matters in mandarin and as a result I always feel left out of important conversations during meetings.
