      FUN place to work, however there was no opportunities for progression and you feel micromanaged.

      The people are really friendly and the team meetings are fun.

      Cons

      There is no room for progression and you feel like you are being micromanaged. There is no discussion about your career aspirations. You are set tedious tasks and it is very patronising as we are sales professionals who are very skilled yet management will set these tasks which is very demoralising.
