      1. Company has good leadership and vision. 2. Very good work life balance. 3. Leaders always encourage us to decline meetings after work hours and take breaks. Nobody disturbs you when you are on holiday. 4. People that you work with are likely to be experts in their fields. 5. The products are meaningful and give you a sense of purpose. Products/software you build is not just going to line a rich man’s pocket but is actually useful for humanity.

      Cons

      1. Salary is on the lower side compared to tech companies, but you also won’t get fired like tech companies.

      Pros

      There is a lot of flexibility for your time in case you need to start working supper early or leave in the middle of the day. The culture of the people in this compony is very good, and every one is friendly and helpful in case you need some guidance.

      Cons

      No matter how much you put effort on your job, and go above and beyond, you will not get valued as much as you deserve. Some people with less amount of effort might get promotion or better raise, if they know how to communicate with the upper management. The only way for you to get promoted is if you have some sort of leverage. The way it works here is to hire new graduated with less experience, and pay them less money, and let the people with more experience who deserve more money go.
