Cons

the pipeline can be a pain sometimes... license is hard to obtain sometimes.

Great people, management are very friendly and helpful. very easy to get motivated and feel good about the work you do. Paid OT, OT meals paid for, great clean location.

Low pay, more effort should be put into training for the tools we have at our disposal

good projects to work on and you'll get massive shots as a junior. so a great place to build a strong reel

long hours . ridiculous long hours. lot of unpaid overtime. bad scheduling causing this and could be easily avioded
