Being a Runner, you are promised to be able to move up in the production department around 4ish months. Still too soon to say whether that will be the case for me.

Cons

You are basically doing all the random tasks, cleaning common spaces, delivering lunches and packages, restocking sodas, etc. For an undetermined length of period.
