      Bad Place for Production Staff

      Pros

      If you are looking to quickly move up in your career and get experience as a PA or Coordinator. This is the place that can make that happen.

      Cons

      This is the worst studio I have ever worked at. You will be forced to work a lot of unpaid overtime. If you ask why production staff are not payed overtime you will be disciplined and threatened with termination. In contrast artist get payed overtime and are allowed to say yes or no when you ask them to work overtime.

      Pros

      People who work there are great, great location.

      Cons

      Poor pay, unrealistic scheduling which creates a lot of overtime, people might be working more than one role - caused by cutting cost and bad management, try to increase morale by hosting events but most people can't go due to overtime, people are overworked with little time off.

      poor management, mismanagement of staff skills, poor transmission of knowledge, misuse of tools available within the company, Childish hierarchical relationship, stressful and toxic environment, squeeze their employee and push them to their last limits. Don't care about their workers
