Lower tier staff members all sympathise with each other over how dreadful the conditions are and how HR are taking advantage of us all. Beer o'clock to drink all the pain and misery away.

Cons

unpaid overtime. HR Corruption between the ranks Senior management is more like musical chairs there's that many joining and leaving.
