      Good pay, and management at a local level is pretty good.

      Cons

      The higher levels of management of the company don’t treat employees as assets, but as liabilities. The HR department likes to slap one size fits all policies across the entire company, and there is no give on that. They could use some real investment in infrastructure and training.
