      Super fun, sociable environment. The artists are incredibly talented and are great people to learn from.

      Cons

      Hard to grow if entering a front of house, runner or entry-level position. Big wage gap between higher and lower positions.

      good projects to work on, a lot of good people working there, great place to build your skills and move on.

      cheap is most every way, benefits, below average salary, many departments are overworked, employees are just numbers
