      Pros

      Great projects, great leaders, great team and highly creative work. Lots of Physical games, Sports every month in MPC Bangalore.

      Cons

      Most of time working late hours in composting but it's ok! Only concerns is no overtime pay to artist in MPC Bangalore.

      Great opportunity to get good experience, but watch for interference from senior management

      Pros

      The Software Department is amazing. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and great to work with.

      Cons

      MPC has grown very quickly over the last couple of years, unfortunately the management style has not adapted to this yet, and as a result the senior management continue to run MPC like it is a small company, specifically in their interference with some of the departments. While I am sure they do this with good intentions, the consequences are dire and have caused a massive churn in employees (which is totally unnecessary).

      Pros

      - Some very good Production and other Leads that genuinely want to do their job as best they can - Streamlined OT Meals process - Cool projects - Amazing people that care for their job - Great location

      Cons

      - Management rules the way they want, never any significant changes when staff ask - No place for a different voice - No proper production tracking system -> production emails each other excel sheets, this means sometimes sitting around waiting for work which you then get at the end of the day, due in the morning meaning you will do some free overtime in the evening... - Free overtime, lots of it... - Low pay and weird contract terms...
