Totally disorganised Lack of management and oversight from the top down Lack of actual, quantifiable policy and procedure for dealing with employee issues or queries People with no demonstrable skill or ability seemingly in roles of responsibility No one is accountable or takes responsibility for actions Projects are completed through a culture of bullying and bad people management. Many people are young that they don't know any better and think they have to put up with it. Older people have been in the industry so long they are part of that culture and it's been normalised.
