Pros

-Location -Great people (suffering together) (Apparently I need at least 5 words under "pros" to submit this review so there you go.)

Cons

First word of warning: I know for a fact that there are fake reviews online about MPC. MPC is also surprisingly good at marketing itself as a progressive and forward-looking company. I recommend that you check the facts before you take any important decisions: 1) get in touch with former or current employees 2) read independent news (“Moving Picture Company appears to encapsulate everything that is wrong with employment in UK VFX in microcosm” says BECTU). If you want to suffer, MPC is for you. In a nutshell -Management don't care about their employees -Toxic culture makes good people leave fast -Negative impact on your health, physical and mental

Pros

- meeting talented people - free breakfast - cool projects

Cons

- terrible terrible management, false promises, they enslave artists specially juniors. - Every junior think they're the "one" talent that should be promoted next and they end up doing the work of seniors ( because seniors are upset of how they're treated) and then never get promoted. - NO STABILITY, contracts can get cancelled for whatever reason, if you're in canada on visa good luck getting someone else to sponsor you unless you got tons of previous experience in europe or USA. - terrible communication with departments, everyone wants to blame others but no one takes responsibility. - unrealistic deadlines + terrible scheduling. No talent in time management whatsoever. - Pays females less than males!!!!

Pros

-Good projects. -Few good artists and leads

Cons

Very Bad management. (especially HR's) they are focusing only on filling numbers not see qualities and eligibility. It's a Factory for compositors. If you wanna be a compositor and you have just a basic knowledge of vfx, animation or you don't know anything you can join MPC-Bangalore anytime. The HR team is dying to fill the position numbers. There was the time when they have great compositors and other artists and now very few left in all departments. -No growth, no respect for the old and good artist. Managment thinking they are the slaves. -No Over Time -Crazy working hours. minimum 12- 15 hrs in a day. -Very low salary. -Artist being exploited the name of his brand. -No food if you working late. -There are few good leads and few are Inefficient and incapable leads. Again the HR's team is dumbest. they are the moron.
