      Pros

      Cool shows and cool shots. You learn a lot and all the people is super nice.

      Cons

      A lot of overtime, the deadlines are usually pretty tight and some times is hard to get noticed.

      Pros

      Salary, for London, was absolutely terrible. The working environment wasn't too bad, and in all fairness some decent benefits were in place.

      Cons

      Lack of direction by management and training was none existent . There also exists a culture of "if I get paid more then I get what I want".
