The good things about MPC is the different people you meet. Have some long term friends from working here. You get to work on the latest large scale Hollywood movies. They are always pushing the level of work to better themselves every time. Usually well organized in terms of production deptmart.

Cons

Can be a very heavy workload. Pay increases are almost non existent.
