      excellent shots to work on ,free ice cream provided ,nice peers to work with

      no work life balance,miss the hr head who we got to know has resigned she was very good leader .too much office politics ,annual hike based on the senior management liking .no good leader can survive here .

      in central london, office location and office is nice. great environment with young trendy people. free fruit everyday.

      Cons

      lack of career progression at the company, a lot of favouritism and politics. some managers are dreadful and haven't got a clue how to manage a team. a lot of micromanagement from the manager so it makes you feel as if you cannot do your job or even your role.
