Interesting projets. your fellow employees are nice people

Cons

Low pay, Whenever the management screws up and the project gets behind schedule, they will ask you to work overtime for free without blinking. You feel slightly bad when leaving on time (6.30pm)

Pros

The projects are amazing. Even in busy times, people are very nice, friendly and help each other out. Great company culture with screenings and events. Free softdrinks, coffee, cereals, as well as beer on Friday afternoon.

Cons

Way too much overtime and weekend work. Something is wrong with the organization as well: People who finished their work at 5pm where sometimes required to stay in until 8pm just to get their work reviewed.
