      Pros

      Overtime (and Lunch/ and diners if applicable) is paid (and kind of expected, at least a little bit), free breakfast, snacks and coffee, cool offices, great location, lot of people from everywhere... beers offered on fridays evenings

      Cons

      Pipeline is a bit heavy and can be laggy.
