      Generous and flexible PTO Some good people still work there Laid back, friendly atmosphere Rewarding to help people with hearing loss Covid vaccine required Beautiful office building

      Low pay High deductible insurance plan No opportunity for advancement or career development No accountability for bad work/not working Reward for doing a good job is more (and other people’s) work Hires from outside the company instead of promoting from within Huge disconnect between upper management and hourly employees Hourly employees are not understood, respected, or valued

      As of this posting, NO pros. Current global pandemic created a vacuum of leadership that will be difficult to recover from unless many HUMAN RESOURCE ISSUES are addressed.

      Cons

      TOTAL disintegration of leadership & absolutely NO representation of anything remotely resembling HUMAN RESOURCES. Our mission is to provide needed services to the hearing impaired has been severely impacted by personal agendas & inflated egos.
