Okay Option to Gain Sales/Business Experience, But Certainly Not for the Long-Term
Pros
Salient work on both the patient and provider side of the role, great teammates, and broader "net" of influence (not just for sales, but, more importantly, to support/influence consistency of best clinical practice across clinics with whom you interface/work) than that feasible in a clinical setting.
Cons
Lack of transparency and overall communication between upper leadership and field staff which makes knowing/understanding organizational goals (particularly for the long-term) challenging, low morale, "know it all" attitude within leadership where employee contributions, thoughts, concerns, and feedback fall upon deaf ears, and, overall, a work culture that lacks openness, honesty, and realism, making the environment one where robust, engaging discussion in essentially non-existent.
