Get to work on unique projects, like Canada Arm, lunar rovers, etc. Good work environment for non mangement positions. Very rare that one has to work overtime. Many employees with long tenures, remarkable for software engineering field.

- Lower pay for software developer compared to similar sized software companies. - Defined benefit pension plan - Bureaucracy
