Its not a very dynamic working environment. They have hired a lot of new people and everyone is still trying to figure things out.

Cons

Old employees very protective about their jobs and don’t share responsibility. CEO very strict about the hybrid schedule. 3 days in the office

A respectful environment, talented staff, and very challenging and interesting work.

Cons

Total compensation is not in line with the competitive outside world. Challenging work is a strong draw, but pay needs to meet a threshold. Do you want your engineers focused on MDA's needs, or worried about affording a modest house in the GTA?
