      Pros

      The projects are interesting. It's an especially exciting time because of work on Canadarm3. Work-life balance is usually pretty healthy.

      Cons

      COVID and adoption of work-from-home (or lack thereof) has revealed how out of touch upper management are with the rest of the industry. Project management relies on some outdated tools and practices, although it looks like it's starting to catch up with the rest of the industry.

      The company is still going through growing pains since being divested from its parent company in 2020, and attempting to operate as a single company rather than 3 separate businesses.
