good benefits, smart people, interesting projects, interesting technologies. If you are a contractor, you will get paid more and you will have the working conditions that you want, unlike the full time employees of MDA itself.

Cons

bad pay, disconnect from upper management to the employees.

Pay is below market. Company says its because we work in a highly desired market (space technology) so they can afford to pay everyone below market. Work is overrated. After a year or so, you quickly realize that working in space isn't what it was cracked up to be.
