I really loved my work experience at MDA, I was able to enjoy a decent new work location, most of the team members were very helpful, the pay was decent and competitive, my boss was honest, professional and respectable, as well as open to feedback.Unfortunely I couldnt continue working due to the loss of a family member
Cons
Training sessions can be a bit overwhelming due to the diversity of tasks assigned to this position, training materials are in different places and are sometimes a bit confusing, most of my colleagues have gained exceptional professional experience in the company, but not all are able to be appointed as trainers due to a lack of sensitivity and the ability to pass on their knowledge to new hires who have not been exposed to their distinctive process.
