the projects are niche and interesting, though there are several other competitors that offer similarly interesting opportunities (it's 2024)

Cons

- all Cons in other reviews are true, especially low salaries and management mistreatment of engineering teams, plus - the management teams are mostly disconnected from the technology teams. This leads to counter-intuitive decisions, but maybe that's ok since if things go south we can simply blame/dispose of the lower end of the food chain (engineers)! * the ultimate negative result is that the stock price is mostly down

You get to work on interesting projects, the people are amazing

Cons

Lots of politics, upper management contradicts themselves, tough getting more help and resources, high turnover of employees, little knowledge of what executives do and why they get paid so highly, the “expectation is to be exceptional” so many low performance reviews and burnout
