- unionized. - not very focus on personal career development - pay raise pretty much dictated in the union outline.

Pros

Work life balance is great, company culture is excellent. Really enjoy working here. Everyone is passionate about the work being done.

Cons

Salary is not sufficient. Lots of work being done and company making lots of profit, salary is not comparable if you aren't in a union. Unions get high increases yearly, non union workers increases are terrible.

-many interesting & niche projects -good health & vision benefits -hybrid policy -willing to upskill/reskill their employees Nothing crazy. You'll be able to sit in a quiet office and focus on your work here.

Cons

Silos are bad enough within 1 building (probably due to security requirements), but trying to share knowledge across offices? Forget about it. Each office location is very insular. -no annual salary adjustments for inflation -no reimbursement for fitness passes
