Pros
Coworkers friendly, great work environment. No overtime, but any extra hours worked can be either paid out or used to take time off. This is tracked. Three weeks vacation for an entry level job is great. Company offers many groups and activities for staff to participate in. Recently, increased effort to ensure engineers have a defined career path and career advancement isn't simply lip service. Flexible working hours. Private or shared offices for most staff. Good health plan. Offers subsidized in-house training courses for subjects both specific to radar as well as more generally. Good company to get your feet wet in the business and see how software and systems engineering is done.
Cons
Base pay is still a little low for starting engineers, although getting straight pay for extra hours worked offsets this. Must do your time to get promoted. Salary transparency is discouraged. Pseudo vitality curve ranking system for engineers.
