Large organization with lots of opportunities to learn from some very smart and talented managers and grow your career. Stable company, good work/life balance. Teams are dedicated to their work. Lots of fun company social events. Health benefits are competitive.

Cons

Overall a great place to work, although the salary could be more competitive.

Lots of company events, quarterly reviews (after party) fun. Great learning opportunities and good benefits (no deductible or premium cost)

Cons

Cafeteria food can be a hit or miss, same for air conditioning in building. Salaries are average at best.
