Lot's of interesting projects to work on with some very talented people to learn from and a great focus on developing people who take the initiative. Good starting salaries, great benefits, RRSP matching program and Employee Share Purchase Plan is great. Lot's of flexibility regarding start and stop times, breaks, weekly schedule, flex work, summer reduction, leaves of absences, etc.

Cons

Centrally located, by the airport, but a long commute for me.
