Pros

gym with classes and showers, several corporate events year round, good people in most departments, lots of parking, good "facilities" department

Cons

upper executives unpleasant, unfriendly, and seemingly rude. "pay freezes" for 3 of the last 5 years... (aka very cheap) gossipy environment

Pros

Space industry can be really exciting/stimulating if that's your cup of tea. You could get to work side-by-side with astronauts and other exceptional types.

Cons

Space industry is very risk-averse and there's lots of bureaucracy. Cost-plus contracts mean people don't have incentive to really innovate; structure starts to self-perpetuate. In long run this makes the company less competitive. The robotics/human space flight division is not the moneymaker in the company so can be subject to the whims of the larger market.
