      Pros

      The work is engaging Employees are smart Good place to get some experience If your face fits, you can do very well, but it's not necessarily about talent, more about playing the game and knowing the right people.

      Cons

      Upper management seem to be detached from the minions, are more interested in their shareholders than their employees. Pay is relatively low Can be a bit of a sweatshop.
