      Great teams of smart, interesting, and dedicated people. Customer focused teams deliver even in really challenging program situations. Fantastic heritage as Canada's space and defense leader. New senior leadership bringing different perspectives and encouraging growth in all areas.

      Lots of change in recent times but teams are adjusting and working hard for the future.

      Interesting and technically challenging. Projects can range from proof of concept/exploratory to production level. Tightly knit project groups Benefits and flex time make it easy to develop a healthy work life balance

      Cons

      There is mismatch between R&D software engineering and software engineering for production level lines of businesses. MDA is working to get R&D software practices up to date. Security restriction make certain development practices impossible or more difficult.
