Pros

The only Pros to working at MDA is if you need some experience to move on to the job you really want.

Cons

Very poor pay and benefits. One of the most incompetent senior management team I have experienced in my career. The HR department is huge and completely inept. The facility itself is a garbage dump, one of the most dilapidated and dirty I've ever experienced.

Very challenging yet exciting complex projects to work on, project managers are the best to work with, talanted, motivated, dedicated and open minded

Cons

Old toxic culture, Union culture by all means , close mindness, seniority is the main thing that matters regardless of efficiency or productivity, the motto is to work with what we have which makes it very challenging to people who think outside the box and want to make things better. Employees are never engaged in any of the upper management decisions.
