Pros
Interesting work. Exceptional managers; they're supportive and encourage personal and professional growth, and try to place you not only where you perform best but also where you want to be. Flexible work environment (office hours, telecommuting, etc). Smart people, many of mentor type quality in the senior ranks. Honest attempts to utilize modern technology and software development practices where possible. Plenty of opportunity to be social if you're into that. A previous review stated "no research and development"... I guess they never walked past the open area in the middle of the second floor
