      Pros

      I have been with the company for less than a year. Exciting work. Work with competent people. Lots to learn from everyone. The company has been taking care of their employees during this pandemic, which is very commendable. Good benefits and fair salaries.

      Cons

      Sometimes too much communication from upper management (too many all hands even before the pandemic) and too little communication on short term operations from lower management.

      Pros

      Will hire straight out of university. Good work life balance. Some interesting projects. Stable source of income since defence is a relatively consistent in annual spending.

      Cons

      Not much upward mobility. Incredibly bureaucratic processes and stone age culture. Low pay compared to median.
