      Interesting projects to work on, great people to work with, decent work life balance

      Cons

      They want people back in the office in the middle of a pandemic! Over 100s of people in a single building? What happened to the claims of "our productivity is just as high wfh"? Lack of a concrete plan backed up reasoning with data and limited transparent communication with employees.

      good employees, interesting projects, place to learn

      Cons

      Non-essential employees are forced back on site when government suggests not to! Only essential employees should be back on site, others should be working from home until 2021... like all decent companies are doing. If the job gets done, why cause so much frustrations amongst your staff?
