Building is a bit older and gym could use some newer equipment. Recreation club (voluntarily funded) was once quite vibrant has largely been replaced with less formal, ad-hoc organized activities. Would be nice if newer, younger staff took advantage of funding to organize more events outside of work.

The integration process is bad, working at a remote office is even worst. Everything takes forever to get done. IT Security is over the top with some old school mentality, as if they never came to this century yet. The staff in place are highly resistant to change despite any positive arguments. Lot of wasted potential here in my opinion. A lot of personnel has left the company, making it difficult to get support on anything or building up relationship. In part possibly due to how the company has been dealing with the Covid situation. You will often sit doing nothing but waiting on someone for something ir some process. Giving you a feeling of uselessness at times. Salary is not competitive with the industry (in my field of expertise). The benefits are "okay". Yearly salary doesn't match inflation rate. My advice: Negociate a high compensation at the hiring level and consider maybe 1% yearly increase if that's what you're in for.
