      Low Pay Salaries don't meet market HR more concerned about protecting executives than employees Executives don't value engineers and pay lower than average Expect overtime and juniors to lead large projects without offering raises or promotions A lot of people on stress leave due to poor management

      Cons

      C suite is largely disconnected from from what the reality of day to day operations is. I cannot recommend people apply to MDA unless the company starts offering direct compensation that's more in line with cost of living.
