Its not a very dynamic working environment. They have hired a lot of new people and everyone is still trying to figure things out.

Cons

Old employees very protective about their jobs and don’t share responsibility. CEO very strict about the hybrid schedule. 3 days in the office

- outdated technology and engineering approaches - difficult HR department (non responsive in general and overworked) - archaic salary practices such as withholding RRSP contributions if you are not actively employed on day of annual payout. - underwhelming salary - poorly defined job roles
