- Lots of exciting projects to work on the pipeline - Very supportive team. People are amazing to work with - Has gym, cafeteria, and support for continued education

Cons

- Management is very rigid of promotion despite giving your best you always play second fiddle to external hires - Very slow painful progression with little to no yearly bump - Very rigid on hybrid policy
