      Great team, but there is not enough engineers

      Flexible hours and schedule Able to work from home occasionally Friendly team and managers Good parking area Several in-office perks

      Cons

      Teams are getting smaller and smaller (not enough people coming in) Most of the offices in the building don't have windows Not enough training Uncertainty about company's future

      Pros

      Interesting and technically challenging. Projects can range from proof of concept/exploratory to production level. Tightly knit project groups Benefits and flex time make it easy to develop a healthy work life balance

      Cons

      There is mismatch between R&D software engineering and software engineering for production level lines of businesses. MDA is working to get R&D software practices up to date. Security restriction make certain development practices impossible or more difficult.
