Honestly the cons outweigh the pros, the managers and director are not fit to be in their respective positions, lots of distracted directions, politics stop and micromanage everything, for example we were told to stop working on something and stay idle just for silly internal fueds. Playing favourites is the management art, salary increases and promotions are for a selected incompetent few. Working remotely for idle employees was ok, however it is not for the rest of the employees. If you have any other option, consider that option before MBC or Shahid(to be more specific).

Very toxic culture, if one is Non-Arabic, he may find difficult to build binds with other colleagues. Arabic managers prefer arabic speaking employees over skills. In case of stability, I have seen people getting fired on basis of favoritism in only one day notice.
