      It's the best Media company in MENA, and they respect the employee, their salaries are within the range.

      Cons

      HR needs to support the employees more when they have issues with their managers. They should look to the salaries as the other Media companies are paying higher than them

      -An excellent experience in the field. -Colleagues that you can learn from.

      Cons

      -Too much politics and backstabbing. -Benefits are dependent on how close are you to the director. -Biased higher decision made solely on personal relationships. -Incompetent privileged solution architects. -The process is a joke, PMOs are literally spies rather than doing their jobs. -The vibes are intoxicated with fear, threat and inappropriate communications, thanks to the current directors who spread such a culture.
