      Pros

      great team , very cool TV quality projects , may be the best in the middle east quality wise , stable long term staff positions , many parties and social events .

      Cons

      not very easy to get promoted or get a raise , no overtime payment , medical insurance is minimal , not all the projects are interesting , after a while it becomes a bit like a routine and almost there's not much new to learn

      Pros

      It's big corporate, well known in the Mideast, and the Arab world. So, you may get the feeling of pride to say you are working, or worked there. Even no Arab people happen to know MBC somehow, and they give you the same feeling when you say you work for MBC. Moreover they do have some corporate style parties or meetings.

      Cons

      However, being a corporate, it means it has enough space for some corruption, and bad management. If you get some insights you'll see that money is wasted on nonsense, whereas you will never get a raise.
